A successful implementation of the Wimba Collaboration Suite includes more than just installing software or converting content. Wimba Implementation Services are a collaborative effort between Wimba professionals and the institution; decision makers and core team members work with a dedicated Wimba Professional Services Manager to determine strategies, review policies and procedures, and develop communication plans and timelines for an institutional wide rollout of the Wimba Collaboration Suite.
The Wimba Approach
For each new Wimba client, we assign a Professional Services Manager (PSM). The PSM serves not only as a coordinator of services, but also as an institutional advisor to the throughout the implementation and adoption of Wimba products on campus.
1. The PSM brings together key players to discuss implementation strategies
2. The PSM coordinates and delivers all Wimba products
3. Organize your Professional Development Workshops for your Core Team
4. The PSM conducts Implementation Consultation
5. Within 10 business days, the PSM delivers your Implementation Consultation Report.
6. The PSM coordinates and/or delivers any additional services that may result from the Implementation Consultation.
