In order to provide more support opportunities for students, the Biology and Business tutorial labs will join the Writing Labs in offering online tutoring during hours that the labs are normally closed. The Business and Biology online tutoring sessions utilize Pronto, a user-friendly online collaboration program that GRCC students and faculty can download for free. The Biology Lab online tutoring sessions are available from 10:00 – 1:00 on Saturday. For courses BA 150, BA 156, BA 254, the Business Lab online sessions are open from 11:00-2:00 on Saturday. The Writing Lab also uses Pronto for open-hours online help desk service but uses eboulevard for its online tutoring during evening hours and weekends, accessible via the Writing Labs web page.
