It allows you to become a better user of our software, and therefore a leader in your field. We know that customers often best learn from their peers, so don't be bashful when it comes to asking or answering each other's questions and comments. Your input is invaluable to every member and will inevitably help others flourish in their comfort and ability to use Wimba software.
What kind of information can be discussed?
Anything about Wimba or other educational technologies. If you want to know about features, ask about features. If you want to learn more about best practices, then inquire about best practices. If you want to share anecdotes from your own experiences, then go ahead and share. Our user group is whatever you want it to be. Although representatives from Wimba will check in from time to time, our user group is entirely customer-centric.
