My institution currently uses Classroom 5.3, and the largest hurdle that we have with new users is when multiple installations of Java exist on their Windows machines.  Does anyone know if these problems have sorted themselves out with the new version of Classroom?  It’s quite frustrating.

We’ve made some particular improvements in widening out support with WC 6.0, including better support for the “next gen” java plugin (versions 1.6u10 and later, when used with Firefox 3 or MSIE on Windows), as well as support for Firefox 2/3 on the Mac, which did previously have some display anomalies we were able to resolve.

We will be monitoring our support activity, but expect this to help with the kinds of situation you describe.
