Can someone help me with how to use this tool in eBoard? I’ve changed the settings in my room to enable participants to use ScreenGrab, but when I enter the room and try to click on ScreenGrab, an empty window pops up...I’m never prompted to install the ScreenGrab plugin.

Thanks, Tyler...I think you are right that it was a browser problem...my recollection was that I was trying it with Firefox 3 and that if I switched to IE, it worked ok....sorry I forgot to update the thread…
