not appear new interface elements

Hi all,
It is the first time using Wimba Create. I downloaded 2.5.4 trial version. I ‘ve installed on Windows XP with MS Office 2007. When I launch Word 2007 and through the Add-Ins tab “Start Create” nothing happens, does not appear new interface elements available for to control the program’s features. You can help me?

You do not have to use the IP address of the server. You can also use the name of the server.
