I found a free version of “Wimba Create” in this web http://www.uhu.es/sevirtual/documentos/WimbaCreate.rar a few months ago, is it possible to use this program at my school in free mode ?

Sorry but I need an answer for preparing the material at my school. I found the link on this page ( http://www.uhu.es/sevirtual/index.php?menu=recursos&submenu=software ) and seems to open access, I have asked in this site but nobody answered me. Can I redistribute the program between my students ?
