I would like to create persistent sessions for students to use for just-in-time impromptu meetings with small groups. Is there a way to to configure a room so that all users (guests) without usernames and password (Enter full name) can access with full rights to the eboard, web, and sharing features?

For the students to access the eboard and other sharing features, you will need to create a dummy presenter account for the room and distribute it to at least one of the students, or all of them. The dummy account itself can be created to “Use any password”, so no password distribution would be necessary, they would just need to know the login of the dummy account. If distributed to just one student, that student will need to promote the other participants to presenter in order to use the tools.
