Hi, I’m a wimba classroom support staff at American University, and we just ran into an error that I’m not sure how to fix. Basically, whenever I or someone else clicks on the link or “Enter classroom” button located on a particular blackboard site, it shoots out the following error in the text chat window when it’s loading the full classroom:
“Access Denied: User ‘Sam_Ross’ denied access to room ‘_ac_s__58771_1_415822’.” (The username changes depending on who’s trying to access the classroom.)
It then proceeds to spit me into the lobby of the course.
I was the default presenter in the course it’s located in. It seems to be isolated to only the classrooms in this one blackboard course.
How do I get around and/or fix this?
