Computer Engineering Technology teaches us how to work with computers and how to create applications for the computers. It also shows us how to construct a computer from the parts that are supplied for the students.

am going to transfer soon but i’m not so sure what to do. I want to go for computer engineering but i’m also interested in computer engineering. I know i can major in both, but i saw this major “Electronics and Computer Engineering Technology” so i was wondering if this was a combination of both, or what exactly is it? Also what type of jobs could i work in if i majored in this...thanks in advance.

Electronics and Computer Engineering Technology are two different subjects. Computer Engineering deals with mainly computers and how to work with them. Electronics Technology is a field that deals with the general area of electronics. Computer Engineering has some electronics classes mixed in with the degree.

Do you need to have taken physics at A level to do an engineering degree? I took maths and am considering a combined degree in maths and engineering - if physics is needed, would an AS level be enough.
