Back by popular demand, all CIOs, CTOs, Presidents, Superintendents, VP’s and other academic executives are encouraged to participate in our Executive Track, a valuable learning and networking event that will give academic executives a great chance to meet and share ideas with other academic executives as well as Wimba’s leadership team.
Academic executives have the choice of either participating in this track as part of the entire conference or buying a special Executive Events Badge for only $179 that will allow them to attend the opening keynote by Carol Vallone, the Executive breakfast and session, as well as Annie Chechitelli’s new Wimba product presentation. (Please note this will require an overnight stay).
The theme: Wimba: The Many Faces of Collaboration
This year’s session will reflect the comprehensive nature of the Wimba Collaboration Suite which allows it to support many varied collaborative scenarios – teaching and learning as well as staff collaboration. As schools are now making a concerted effort to get the most out of their current technologies, the Executive Track panelist presentations and group brainstorm activity will recount and explore how institutions are using Wimba in unique and innovative ways in order to garner wider campus-wide use while simultaneously helping accomplish their strategic goals.
